Pour 1 stick pack into at least 1/2 a cup of any non-carbonated beverage or soft food. Shake or stir until dissolved.
HOW TO ADD BENEFIBER FIBRE SUPPLEMENT TO YOUR DAILY ROUTINE: Por 1 stick pack into at least 1/2 cup of beverage or soft food (hot or cold). Stir well until dissolved. Not recommended for carbonated beverages. Recommended Daily Serving - 12 years to adult: 1 stick, 2 times daily (max 4 sticks per day). 4 to 11 years: 1 stick, once a day. tsp = teaspoon
